2. How much do you charge for housekeeping services?We charge a flat rate for cleaning services with additional time as an hourly rate. Our rate is $35 per hour for regular cleans, $40 per hour for Move-Out cleans and big messes. We offer flexible pricing based on the size of the home and the specific services requested. We can provide an estimate before each cleaning, so you know exactly what to expect.

3. How do I book a cleaning?Booking is easy! Simply contact us via phone or email, and we'll schedule a time that works best for you. You can also request a free estimate for your cleaning needs. We work around your schedule to ensure minimal disruption.

4. Do I need to be home when you clean?No, you don’t need to be home for us to clean. Many clients choose to leave a key or make arrangements to access their home. We prioritize security and will make sure your home is locked and secure after each cleaning.

5. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?Yes, we provide all cleaning products and equipment necessary for the job. We use high-quality, safe products to ensure your home is thoroughly cleaned while minimizing environmental impact.

6. What if something is damaged during the cleaning?We take great care to treat your home and belongings with respect. In the rare event that something is accidentally damaged, we will notify you immediately and work with you to address the issue. Our staff is fully insured for your peace of mind.

7. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my cleaning?We understand that life can get busy! If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. We may charge a small fee for last-minute cancellations.
